I have a Masters degree in Information Technology from a premier institute in India. The project I am working on at SPL involves developing a registration module that has the CT and MRI images of liver as input. The objective of the work is to develop a tool that helps doctors in ablation of liver tumors. The tool is intended to be included in the 3D slicer software.
