Francois Cotton M.D. (November 1997-October 1998)

Francois Cotton M.D. (until October 1998) is a Research Fellow at the Surgical Planning Lab of the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

He received a Master's degree in Anatomy and Organogenesis with distinction in 1994 from Universite Claude Bernard in Lyon, France, while working on his M.D. degree. He is now a fourth year resident in Radiology at the "Hospices Civils de Lyon" Hospital in Lyon, France. In November 1997, he was awarded a one year scholarship to do research in Neuroradiology, and have recently joined the CREATIS Laboratory to work on a project about Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Multiple Sclerosis. He is planning to return to Lyon at the end of 1998 where he was offered a position of Assistant Chief of Clinic in Radiology.

His current research interest is the study of the physiopathology and anatomopathology of Multiple Sclerosis using Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
