Chris Friedemann Dickhaus (March 2003-November 2003)

Chris Friedemann is a Research Associate at the Harvard Medical School and at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Currently he is pursuing MBA courses at the Harvard Business School.

In the SPL he is preparing his Master Thesis in the field of Computer Aided Surgery (CAS). Under the supervision of Clare Tempany and Catherina Burghart he investigates the work- and dataflow of computer guided prostate brachytherapy.

Prior to his work in the SPL he studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Karlsruhe (TH), Germany, the Grandes Ecoles INSA de Lyon and EM Lyon, France as well as at the ETH Zurich, Switzerland. He majored in Biomedical Engineering and Management of Innovation.

Chris Friedemann is in the Organizing Committee of the HBS European Business Conference and an active member in the Harvard Christian Fellowship. He enjoys sailing both with Boston Community Boating and the HBS Sailing Club.
