Justin Dauwels Ph.D.
I have obtained a PhD in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich, Switzerland, in 2006.
Currently, I'm a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Prof. Alan Willsky at MIT. I will develop new algorithms for DTI tractography in collaboration with CF Westin. Our aim is to be able to overcome (some of the) artifacts that current algorithms suffer from. To this end, we will design tractography algorithms that incorporate global spatial information in a statistical manner.
