Michal Depa
I have a undergraduate degree in electrical engineering that I obtained at McGill University in Montreal, Canada in May 2008. I am currently a graduate student at MIT in the Medical Vision Group in CSAIL led by Polina Golland.
I will be working on atlas-based segmentation of cardiac images. I will be trying to adapt segmentation methods developed for brain images to this new application.
