Ming-Long Wu Ph.D. (December 2006-August 2008)

Dr. Wu is currently a postdoc of Radiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He received a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2006. His background training is in MR physics and electrical engineering. His research field has been focused on fMRI(functional MRI), imaging processing and novel MRI methods. He has worked on fMRI with ultra-high spatial resolution (< 0.5mm) and sensitivity using MR steady-state imaging. He is now working with Dr. Larry Panych and Dr. Nan-Kuei Chen. From 2007, he has been working on improving EPI(Echo Planar Imaging) based fMRI using KESA(k-space energy spectrum analysis). Besides, he also participates in biopsy needle imaging project of NCIGT(National Center for Image Guided Therapy).
