We are developing intraoperative mass spectrometry imaging applications, with point-by-point registration of sampling positions to pre- and/or intra- operative imaging such as MRI and PET using neuronavigation. We are using Slicer to render tumor volume, sampling positions, and mass spectrometry analysis and classification results.
