Reisa Sperling M.D.


Reisa is a neurologist at Brigham & Women's Hospital. She received her undergraduate degree in biology and psychology at Columbia University and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1991. She did her internship and residency in neurology at the Brigham, and served as Chief Resident of the Harvard Longwood Neurological Training Program. Currently, she is the Director of Therapeutic Trials in Alzheimer's Disease and a staff physician at the Memory Disorders Unit and Brigham Behavioral Neurology Group.

Reisa is the recipient of the American Academy of Neurology Clinical Research Training Fellowship in Alzheimer's Disease and a first year fellow in the Harvard/MIT Clinical Investigator Training Program. Her projects in the SPL include MRI correlates of cognitive dysfunction in multiple sclerosis, neuroimaging markers of Alzheimer's disease, and functional MRI of language and memory.
