Introduction
The SPL and its affiliated labs make different software packages and data sets available. Many of these packages are developed in the context of collaborative activities.
Data sets
| Multi-modality MRI-based Atlas of the Brain The brain atlas is based on a MR scan of a single individual. The Slicer4 version is available here. The SPL PNL Brain Atlas 2008 is also available. | SPL Knee Atlas The knee atlas was derived from a MRI scan, using semi-automated image segmentation and three-dimensional reconstruction techniques.
